• DeepSeek plans 160,000-chip Huawei cluster in Inner Mongolia: DeepSeek plans to deploy 160,000 Huawei Ascend-950DT chips in an Inner Mongolia data center dedicated solely to inference. If completed, it would be the largest known Huawei chip cluster. However, production bottlenecks mean Huawei likely cannot deliver the processors for over a year.
