  OpenAI acquires Orchestra Bio to build drug-development AI agents, terms undisclosed: OpenAI is acquiring Orchestra Bio and merging it with its life sciences AI platform Rosalind to build AI agents for drug development. The agents will help pharma teams coordinate drug development, from tracking trials to spotting problems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
