Claude Code updates enable direct messaging and collaboration between sessions

1. Start a Claude Code session and name it using the command `claude -n [name]` or by typing `/rename [name]` inside the session.
2. Open a second Claude Code session and assign it a different name.
3. Instruct one session to message the other named session to discuss plans or collaborate on code implementation.
