This is new ... Claude seems to be not in the mood to do some work

I was about to give Claude Design a ... design task based on a design system. It noticed that its at 90% usage limit and found it more safe to just refuse any work 😂 It did what it was supposed to do but I had to ask 4 times until it started. There is no instructions of any kind that tell Claude to act safely or so. Or to communicate any usage limit. A similar task was done half an hour ago and it worked just fine. I tried a new prompt and the response was similar but I only had to specifically as it to continue once.
